I miss my precious grand dog Spirit who succumbed to an aggressive cancer that we didn’t know she had. She was with us for 8 wonderful years. A beautiful Aussie with a gentle soul and a calming presence. She handled cancer the way she handled everything in her life, ignoring her situation and caring for her people. She loved hiking with my son. And did that often. We even got to do a Two By Four one mile jog with her. She had a good life but it was way too short.
